NIW I-485 RFE asks for supplement J

I recently got an I-485 RFE asking for supplement J. But my I-140 was filed under NIW. Does anyone know how to respond to the RFE?

I got the same for my EB1A. Attached the Supplement J Instructions from USCIS and said it is not required for self petition and got approved. FYI.
