how will HR392 affect the I485?

I was born in Nepal. I have filed my I-485 based on approved NIW and it is still pending... how would HR 392 affect my I-485 if my I-485 hasn't been approved by the time the bill passes?

Well, it is still not clear when / how the bill will be passed, so it is hard to predict its impact on pending I-485.

If there are not enough visa numbers for EB2, the priority date of the EB2 will move back, and your pending I-485 can't be approved until your priority date is current again.
