J waiver for I-485?

Do I need my J waiver when filing I-485? I am in process of getting the no objection letter and I think I can get it.
FYI, I didn't submit my J waiver in my EB1A and it was approved.

Yes you need J waiver to file 485. You don't need it for 140 so that's why it was fine until now
