Communist party membership affect I-485?

I am from China and I heard being a communist member can lead to I-485 NOID or denial so I'm very worried. How can I prove to the officer that I am not involved in party business anymore since I came to the U.S. about five years ago?
Any thoughts? Nervous...

My friend told me that if you had terminated your membership more than five years ago, it should not affect your I-485.

I also heard that if you joined CCP involuntarily, the membership should not affect I-485, either.
