Spouse outside the US

Hi guys. I have an approved EB-2 NIW and I'm going to get married soon but my spouse is outside the US while I am in the US. How can I include my future spouse in my green card petition? Does anyone know?

When you say "approved" NIW, do you mean 140 or 485? If it's 140, your spouse can still get a GC through you, but if it's 485, she's going to have to get a GC separately.

I meant approved NIW I-140. So, she can file I-485 with me, right?

Nope, she can’t file I-485 if she is outside of the US. I-485 is for those in the US. Your spouse will have to wait until your I-485 is approved and the go through immigrant visa processing to get her GC.
