O1 visa salary

Dear all,
Do you know if my salary needs to meet the prevailing wage for O1? I am trying to negotiate with employer and we are not sure of this requirement. For level 1, is it easy to get RFE?

to Alexa:

O1 doesn't have wage requirement but my school's attorney did ask about the salary on the questionnaire they sent to me and my employer.
