Hello experts,
My company lawyer told me that they need to redo my PERM after I got the new job title but it's kind of frustrating to have to go through all the advertising process again. Is this true that I have to redo my PERM after I get a new job title?

If you change job title, you probably need a new PERM because isn't PERM title specific?
