EB3 downgrade still beneficial?

I am from China.
I have EB2 approved but a lot of my friends said EB3 is better because it's faster. Is this still the case.
How can I downgrade to EB3?

Hmm that's interesting. From what I heard, EB3 has a long waiting list as well. But if you want to know your priority date, you can go to USCIS website and compare your PD under EB2 and EB3.
