Will previous denial affect future I-140

Hi guys,
I filed I-140 NIW last year and was denied. I'm thinking about giving another try early next year.
I still want to apply for GC under NIW. Will the previous denial affect my chance of approval this time?

Previous denial should not affect your future I-140, as you are filing a new I-140. Some say that don't file again under the same category too soon, and it should be good for increasing your chance of approval.

Thanks for the advice mate! You also happen to know how long I should wait? I got the denial notice on November 11th, 2017. Is it safe to re-file sometime early 2019?
