Indicated Immigrant visa processing on Form I-140 (NIW)

Hi all!
I got an urgent question! I just noticed that my lawyer indicated immigrant visa processing on my Form I-140 (NIW) but I am in the U.S. and want to file I-485!!
I asked him but he has not replied to me. What can I do now??

It shouldn't matter. You can still file I-485.
