My wife didn't file 140???

Alright I really need expert advise. I just got my I-140 approved. It was NIW. I signed all the forms and stuff. Someone just asked me why my wife didn't file 140. I thought I only had to? Does she have to file from the beginning then? Please help I'm really confused
