How can I make my EB1a case stronger?

I got RFE for my eb1a 140. I'm a postdoc right now and I filed to TSC. Credentials: around 90 citations, 5 papers, judging experience, etc. I thought I had a pretty good chance. I'm definitely responding to the RFE, but I do want to prepare in case of a denial. How can I make my record stronger?

I submitted some emails for collaboration requests from other researchers and that my work was sent for evaluation for collaboration with a company.
2 granted patents but not commercialized yet.
