can I get J1 after 140 is approved

got my 140 approved. niw. i have a new job offer and they want me to be on j1. any issues?

Depends. If your new employer is willing to give you J1 after you file I-140, then yes. But sometimes, they don't want to do that so you should check with the company that gave you a job offer
