Spouse Green Card

I have an approved 140 under EB2. But I'm Indian so I can't file 485 right now. I've started seeing someone and I think we might even get married. He's also Indian and not a US citizen. My question: if we do get married, can he get a green card based on my application? Or does he have to apply separately?

He can get a GC thru you as long as you get married before your 485 is approved. But to be safe, you should get married before filling 485. You do have a lot of time so......
