Does 140 denial affect my visa?

Hi. My EB1A was denied for 140. I was trying to extend my OPT, but will this affect my opt extension?

If your school says ok to extend your F1 to OPT, you are probably fine. I got my OPT approved after checking with the school about this. But my I-140 was filed under EB2 though.
