Iranian travel

I'm from Iran and NIW 140 has been approved. I have an emergency situation where I need to fly back to Iran briefly, but I'm concerned about travel issues after getting 140. Also the travel ban. Has anyone else been in my shoes? Any advice?

I think you can use advance parole to travel? Did you apply for that with your NIW?

Is your visa single entry? What type?

I didn't get AP with my NIW.

I am on F1 visa, yes single entry.

You might want to try apply for emergency AP if your situation is urgent because it generally takes 120 days to get AP

Hello, fellow Iranian with an approved I-140 as well. Yes, you can use AP to leave and re-enter the US but do be careful with your decision. Once you enter the US with AP, your F1 will become invalidated. If you're still in school that could be an issue. I've been wanting to see my relatives in Iran too, but personally I decided it would be best to stay here until I get my green card. Inshallah my friend. I hope you the best
