Hi,
I got DUI a few years ago. I'm now thinking about applying for GC, and I'm wondering if the record will affect my GC application?!

This should not affect your I-140 petition but may affect your I-485 tho...

Yeah DUI is a pretty big offense.....You really should talk to a lawyer
