When will I get results back?

I filed EB-1B and already have 140 approved. I filed 485 and it seems like it's taking forever. Anyone know rough estimate of when USCIS announces results? Filed to TSC

When did you file your I-485? I heard that it takes longer in TSC than in NSC.

You can find processing times on USCIS website. But you need to check regularly because it's been constantly changing.
