Help me with my J1 :(

So I'm almost at the end of my J1 visa right now. I have 140 approved and I really don't want to go back home for 2 years. Will another visa or green card help me avoid the 2 year thing? I REALLY DONT WANT TO GO HOME

well, first you need to find out if your J1 is subject to 212e.
If it is, you can probably try to obtain a waiver through no objection letter. It depends on your program. If you don't have government funding, you probably can get that letter.
