Spouse Green card?

Can I apply B visa for my spouse so that she can come and visit me and later she can adjust her status inside the U.S.? I figured this is the most effective way. Any ideas?

I'm not a lawyer, but that doesn't sound like a good idea. I mean, B visa is for tourists.....Can you put her as your visa dependent? She can also still do the green card process abroad

Do you have a pending I-140 or no? Your spouse should be able to travel to U.S. to see you on B visa.

Hey Calvin, for visiting you, the plan sounds fine. But for adjusting her status inside the U.S, not a good idea. How about she goes through Immigrant Visa Processing outside the U.S, instead of I-485?
