My PhD degree is from Italy, and I got to know that I need to get my degree evaluated for the application. Am I supposed to evaluate all my degrees or just the PhD degree?
Yes. If you have foreign advanced degree, you'll need to do degree evaluation. But this should not be difficult. I'm sure many local agencies are able to provide that service.
