So....I just heard recently that foreigners who have received public aid before will not be able to get a green card even if their I-140 is approved. Is there a new law on that now? I've googled and there are all kinds of speculations but I couldn't find any law or bill in progress. Does anyone know??? Would really appreciate your answer. THANK YOU!
