Hi guys!
I just want to share my green card experiences with you all. So I applied for EB1B and received RFE in October 2018, challenging why I did not have an original offer. My attorney prepared the response quickly. After that I've been waiting very anxiously for 15 calendar days and yesterday! I received the approval!
Happy holidays everyone!
Some tips I want to share with you all:
1) You need a professional law firm for this. It's true. My last attorney's failed attempt in obtaining EB1B for me was reflected in the NOID, then the denial. Although I received another RFE the second time around, my attorney was confident and assured me an RFE is not a big issue.
2) Professional law firms provide much better recommendation letters than amateurs.
3) Professional law firms are meticulous in arranging my documents and responsive.
