I'm from Iran. Can I travel with an approved 140?

I can't go home because of the travel ban. I got my 140 approved though. Can I go to Iran and come back with my approved 140?

I don't think so. I-140 is not a valid visa or travel document.
Have you applied for I-485 and the I-131 Advanced Parole? You can travel by using the AP. Just that if you use the AP to enter the US you will lose your non-immigrant visa status (i.e. your status will be invalidated and you will only be staying in the US on I-485).

No I haven't filed my I-485 or apply for AP. I'll think about it as I don't want to lose my visa status either.....It's really hard for Iranians these days :(((

Go ahead and use AP to travel. It should be fine. I used my AP to travel and they didn't say anything at the border.

You can use AP to travel my friend. You can get AP when you apply for I-485. If there is an emergency, you can do walk-in to get an emergency AP.
