How's the sitation of H1B adminsitrative processing in New Delhi?

Hi,
I need to go back in December to see my father who is ill
and have to get a new H1B visa stamp but I'm afraid I will get stuck for a long time...
Please let me know your recent experience. Much appreciated!

Idk about now, but based on my experience 3 years ago....they r really not that efficient...hah
