Hi there. I have two step sons, and I was wondering if they will be able to be my dependents and benefit from my I-140 case. Does anyone now?

How old are your stepsons? If your step-parent relationships were created before they turned 18, and they are unmarried, under 21, they should be eligible to be the dependents of your I-140.
