So I decide to DIY my EB1 petition. Could any expert here help evaluate my credentials?
I have 120 citations, 13 journal papers, 8 conference proceedings, and 28 paper reviews. I don't have any media reports or patents or rewards
So I think my case is rather weak. I asked many lawyers and none of them offered me EB1A, only NIW.
I prepare to submit six recommendation letters, half independent, half dependent.
Which state are you living in?
I think your case may receive RFE but if your response is on time and sufficient, you may get an approval at the end of the day.
But it's always wise to consult a lawyer because it really cost a lot of money and effort to do this and you don't want to waste all your time and money altogether.
My lawyer told me to file EB1A and NIW together. Apparently if your NIW is approved, you can port your priority date to EB1A later, so it might just be easier to do NIW first
