Will filing an NIW restrict me to work only in research oriented position or academia? In my next job, I will have little chance to work on research and publications, as I will mainly be involved in product development. Does the job shift have conflict with NIW petition?
If you are directly developing those products and the products have national distribution in the US, it should be okay. Also, you have to stay in your field of expertise.
