Do I need a medical examination for consular processing?? What else do I need for the interview?? My I-140 is approved. Thank you.

Congratulations on your I-140 approval! Is your priority date current? If it's current, you now need a medical examination and personal interview at the consulate.

I just want to add something. After you passed the med examination and interview, you’ll get an immigrant visa. You have to enter the US with the immigrant visa within 6 months after your immigrant visa is issued to receive your green card.
