My friend told me that he asked his employer to change his job title to a more “permanent-position-sounding” one, like research associate for EB-1B. Apart from that, you’ll need your employer to state that your position is permanent in the employment letter for the EB-1B petition. This is what my fried did for his EB-1B I-140.to Howard:
