What would happen to my fiance's STEM application

I was told by my attorney that I might have trouble extending my OPT, so I managed to get a position from a company that sponsors H1B. The problem is I also want to include my fiance as my beneficiary but she need to file STEM application after her current OPT ends. Would her STEM be denied?

Filing your I-140 petition is not supposed to cast immigrant intent upon your fiance. So, I don’t think your fiance’s STEM would be denied simply because of your I-140 petition.

to Susan:

I think it won't affect her STEM even if you were already married. It should not cast immigration intent on your spouse, let alone your fiance. So don't worry!
