conference paper counts?

Can I include my conference papers? I'm doing EB1A.
My creds are below:
field: computer science, big data
citation: 120+
paper: 5 conference papers and 3 journal papers
review: 7
I'm from China.

Conference papers should be fine, I heard they are valued in certain fields including Computer Science.

She said conference papers can be included, but it is better if the papers are peer-reviewed, which I think should be in most cases.
