Changing employers when I-485 is pending?

I've recently been thinking about changing jobs cuz I got a job offer for a better position (and a higher salary). But i have a pending I-485 and my current employer helped me to file under EB-1B. What do you guys think? Can I change my job without it affecting my green card?

When did you file your I-485? If your I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days, it should be okay to change jobs. Just make sure that you will still be working in the same field you claimed for your petition.

My I-485 has been pending for more than 400 days.
I searched online and noticed that I also need to file a supplement J. Does the new employer need to file this form or I need to file this form? How does it work?
