Should I get GC through EB-2 NIW or marriage?

Hi y’all,

I’ve been working in the US with H-1B for almost 3 years. I got married to a US citizen last year, so I’m now considering getting a green card. I’m wondering which is easier/faster, getting GC through EB-2 NIW or marriage? Any suggestion?

I think you can do both. Not sure if NIW will be faster tho since the EB-2 PD is not current for us Chinese.

I have a friend in a similar situation. Can you share info on getting GC based on marriage? How is it different from petitions like EB1/EB2?
