After getting the immigrant visa

Hello! My husband and I went through immigrant visa processing and got our immigrant visas. He is the primary applicant of I-140. My question is, do I have to enter the US with him to get the GC? Can we enter the US with immigrant visas separately? Thanks.

I don't think you need to enter America together. You each have your own immigrant visas (even if your husband is primary) so as long as you come to the US within the timeframe (I heard there's one) I feel it should be fine?
