Paper reviews needed for NIW?

Hello,
Do you think it will help to include paper reviews for my NIW case? I know it is a must for EB1A, but what about NIW?
I have 12 reviews btw.
I am from China.

It helps, but it's not required. I didn't have any paper reviewed but my NIW I140 got approved

You're from China and you're applying NIW? Isn't the wait super long right now? If your creds are too weak for EB1 I guess there's no choice but wouldn't it be better doing EB1?
