Recommendation letters should be on letterhead?

Hello friends!
So I'm doing my EB1A petition and I'm not sure how big of a deal this is. I got a letter for my previous position in industry but I was working as a contractor and that agency said I can't get the letter on letterhead for the host company, which is a bugger.
Can I submit recommendation letters not being on company letterhead?
