Has anyone done this before? Can I mail them together to USCIS? Will it create any sort of confusion or delays?
My case is not strong so I would need NIW as back up anyway.
PS: I am from China.
They are treated as different petitions so you can file both. It won't be an issue as long as each of your petitions is good. Good idea to file NIW as back up. Good luck!
