I have big problem here... I literally just found out today that I might work illegally for the past 11 months. This is during the OPT extension period and the HR hasn't reminded me that the employer is not e-verified.
I'm on H1B now, the application process is all good and I traveled internationally on H1B once, not problem with reentry. Now my H1B renewal is pending and my I-140 just got approved.
Would USCIS find out? I'm worried about the interview for H1B and i-485 later. Please give me some advice. Thank you!
I guess there's nothing you can do now. Hopefully USCIS won't find out.
I would say if you managed to re-enter the U.S. without an issue on your visa, you won't be challenged in the 485 stage. But never say never. Goog luck!
