Approved I-140. What should I do next?

My I-140 EB1A has approved not long ago.
I wrote IVP on my I-140 form since my husband and children are all in Shanghai. But I'm still working in the U.S. on H1B and my PD is current. I think I will receive notification to initiate the consular processing soon.
Can I change to I-485 though? I want to file I-485 and my dependents can go through consular processing. That would be great.
