Tax documents for I-485?

Hello! Does anyone know if tax returns are required for the I-485? I recently ran into some tax issues and I'm consulting with a tax lawyer but I want to make sure that it will not impact my green card process.

I don't think that you need to submit tax returns with your I-485. I didn't do so for my case. But you might need to submit financial documents to show that you can support yourself after getting your green card. Hope this helps!
