Is it too late to apply for GC?! Son is 19yrs old aleady

I'm preparing for my EB1A case but I just realized that Chinese people have to wait for 2 years even for EB1 now!
I don't mind waiting but my son is already 19 years old and I'm really worried that it might be too late to apply for GC for him. Is there any chance that I can still include my son in my GC application?

It might be kinda difficult to include your son in your GC application. I heard that you gotta file your I-140 before your children turn 21 and then they need to file I-485 within a year.

Hi Alexander thanks for your reply! Actually I'm in China so I cannot do I-485 I think. Is it worse if we are doing consular processing? If anyone can share their experience on this it would be great!
