Will a DUI affect GC application?

I received a DUI a few months ago and was fined around $300. Will this negatively impact my GC application? I'll be filing under EB-1A.

It might affect your I-485 case. The officers will be checking your criminal history for I-485. You might want to check with a lawyer about this before filing your case.
