Changing jobs with approved EB-1A?

I am a postdoc at a university and I have an approved EB-1A. I recently received a job offer for a position in industry. I enjoy academia but this position is too good to pass up. I kinda want to accept the position but I'm concerned that it will affect my EB-1A case. What do you guys think? Can I change my job?

Did you apply for EB-1A by yourself or did your employer apply it for you? If the former then you should be free to go.
