Hi! I am from India and my husband will be a postdoc after his graduation in May. We think we have a good chance of persuading his employer to sponsor his EB-1B case. Is it recommended that we file EB-1B? Do you think we have a chance?
You might want to check with your husband's employer about this. From what I've heard, postdocs usually don't apply for EB-1B because it asks for a permanent position.
