Hi! I am from Turkey and I got EB-2 NIW approval. My spouse's boss recently said that they are willing to sponsor my spouse's EB-2 case. Can my spouse also file EB-2? Or should he just file under my EB-2 NIW? WIll his EB-2 affect my NIW case?
This is a good question. My friend and her husband both have approved EB-2 so I think you can both file EB-2 if you want. But your spouse can also probably get a GC with your EB-2 NIW.
