Travel Ban for Iranians

Hello. I have an approved EB-2 NIW and I am thinking about returning to Iran to finish the GC process due to some family issues. But I have heard that Trump's Travel Ban will affect my GC if I leave the U.S. Can someone share more information regarding this? Are Iranians able to get the GC if they are outside the US?
