Hi! I finished my Bachelor's degree in 2017 and and I went directly into a PhD program. I want to file EB-2 NIW before I graduate but I found out that you need an advanced degree for EB-2. I don't think it's possible for me to get a Master's degree so I was wondering whether I can claim exceptional ability. Has anyone claimed this before for their EB-2? Can you let me know what you claimed since I'm kinda clueless about this? Thanks!

to Samuel:

You need to satisfy at least three criteria to show exceptional ability. Your BS degree should be enough to claim one of the criteria so you need another two. Like, do you have any publications and citations?

I was able to claim the membership criteria with my membership in a Chemical Society. I think it is a pretty easy criteria to claim
