My daughter is in US. How to add her in my GC application?

I live in Kazakhstan and my I-140 is approved. My daughter is in the US studying for college. How can I add her as my dependent? Should I go to the US or should my daughter come back to Kazakhstan? I really hope this won't interrupt her study.
